09-11 June, Bangkok, Thailand. Dr Kiengkay Ounmany Deputy Director of SEAMEO CED cum Director of Global Citizenship Cooperation Centre attended annual GCC Centre Director Meeting 2026 to share achievements and lesson learned from the implementation of the GCED Capacity Development Project. Since 2023, SEAMEO CED has implemented the project to develop capacity on GCED for Teacher Training Colleges, Schools and Community Learning Centres in Lao PDR with funding support from the Asia-Pacific Centre of Education for International Understanding under the auspices of UNESCO (UNESCO APCEIU)
