From 13–15 July 2026, SEAMEO CED implemented the Global Citizenship Education (GCED) Training at Salavan Teacher Training College as part of its 2026 capacity-building program.
The training equipped teacher educators and student teachers with the knowledge and practical skills to promote peace, inclusion, respect for diversity, and sustainable development through education.
Participants also learned how to conduct community-based research to identify local issues, analyze their root causes, and develop practical solutions that contribute to positive change.
